There’s this Canadian franchise that makes a very classic style of pizza: thick crust, tonnes of sauce and toppings, everything that isn’t a New York-style pizza. They make a jalapeño dip that I miss when we order from somewhere else. This is my attempt at recreating it.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cheez Whiz or similar cheese spread
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1–2 tsp spicy pickle juice
- 1 tbsp pickled jalapeños, finely diced
- or banana peppers, pepperoncini, etc.
Method
Combine everything and stir. Taste, and add more pickle juice to smooth out the texture.
